We were a startup, remote-first company with distributed employees and we were getting a lot of mail. The solutions on the market to manage this problem worked, but didn't make it easy. We found ourselves building tools to analyze the mail we were getting: summarize it, draft tentative responses, assign it to the right function on our team. Our workload decreased and deadlines stopped getting missed.

We founded Postal to bring these capabilities to the companies of the world who want to stop worrying about changing your address with the IRS every time you move to a new co-working space and benefit from a practical and effective application of AI to real business problems.
